County Harvest

Opportunities:

County Harvest is a food rescue organization that connects "food donors" with agencies that serve people in need. Volunteers rescue extra, unsold food from sources like supermarkets, farms, and caterers. This excess food is then delivered to nearby soup kitchens, food pantries, and homeless shelters.

Food Rescue Runs: Volunteers can use County Harvest vans or their own cars to pick up and deliver food.

Food Drives: Volunteers also have the opportunity to organize a food drive! County Harvest will assist in connecting these volunteers with the appropriate agency to put together their food drive.
